How The House Key uses your information

What we keep. Your email, the first name you choose, your plans, RSVPs, invitations you send, Passport stamps, and your message choices. Invitees give only a display name and party size.

What we never collect. Child accounts, children's names or locations, your phone contacts, or public check-ins. There is no public guest list or social feed.

Payments. Deposits are processed by our checkout provider and Stripe. We store only the status and a reference number, never card details.

Messages. Email and text choices are recorded separately with the date and wording you agreed to. Your most recent opt-out always wins. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices. In My House you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We reply within 30 days. You can also email info@the19thhouse.com.

Who can see it. Only you see your private records. Our staff can see what they need to help you, based on their role.
